The Haynsworth Experience
Designed for families who value heirloom artistry, legacy, and long-term preservation.
What’s included
A one-hour custom portrait session with full creative direction by Holt Haynsworth. Museum-quality prints are produced and approved in-house, then signed, authenticated, and certified by the artist with registered portrait licensing for ownership and provenance. Clients receive lifetime digital archiving in the private Haynsworth Vault, allowing artwork to be purchased years later with no pressure. Registered artwork includes portrait replacement assurance for a small service fee if ever damaged or lost. Personal design consultation and white-glove studio presentation complete the experience.
Clients also have access to our high-end professional retouching services, including advanced compositing, head swaps, and fine art finishing, available by request.

Event Photography

Professional event photography focused on people, atmosphere, and meaningful moments as they unfold. Coverage is intentional and unobtrusive, with images edited for clarity and consistency and delivered efficiently for personal archiving or professional use.
Base Coverage: $700
Includes initial event coverage.
Additional Coverage Options
Additional hours may be added in advance or during the event, subject to availability. Options include attended coverage, unattended (drop-off) coverage, extended time blocks, and additional photographers for expanded coverage.
Event photography is booked directly through our online scheduling system.

What’s included
Streamlined studio headshot sessions lasting approximately 15 minutes, guided with confident direction to produce clean, business-ready results. There is no sitting fee for studio headshots.

On-location & team headshots
On-location headshot sessions and full-company headshot days are available. Pricing scales based on the number of individuals and scope of coverage. While individual sessions are booked online, organizations seeking group pricing or multi-location coverage are encouraged to contact the studio directly.

Session Fee: $175
Artwork may be selected individually, as curated digital packages, or as complete digital collections. Extended sessions are available for family portraits or specialty locations.
On Location
Estate Experience
An on-location extension of the Haynsworth Experience for families whose ranch, farm, or private property is located more than one hour outside of downtown Dallas. The same level of artistry, authorship, and archival care—brought to a place of personal significance.

Interactive Event Experience
Magic Mirror Photo Booth
Designed to add a polished, engaging element to private and corporate events.
A modern Magic Mirror photo booth experience offering high-quality images and intuitive guest interaction. Setup and breakdown are handled professionally to ensure a seamless experience.

Attendance-Based Hourly Experience
Wedding Photography
Unlike traditional wedding packages, our coverage is priced continuously by time and attendance—ensuring every wedding is priced exactly for its scale.
We photograph weddings based on time and scale, not packages.
Every wedding requires a different level of coordination, movement, and responsibility. A 30-guest wedding and a 300-guest wedding are fundamentally different events, even if they last the same number of hours. Our pricing reflects that reality.
Coverage is billed hourly and calculated based on estimated guest count. There are no packages, tiers, or bundled assumptions.
Hourly Rate
$350 per hour for the first 20 guests
+$3 per additional guest, per hour
Hourly Rate = $350 + ($3 × [Guest Count − 20])
A four-hour minimum applies. There is no maximum hourly rate. Final guest count is confirmed 14 days prior to the wedding.
What Coverage Includes
Coverage reflects the act of documenting the wedding itself: time, presence, coordination, and responsibility during the event.
Coverage includes one lead Haynsworth photographer, event documentation during contracted hours, professional color correction and image curation, and a private online proofing gallery.
Digital image files, albums, and artwork are not included in coverage and are selected separately after the wedding.

Additional Photographers
A second photographer is available at $200 per hour.
A third photographer, recommended for weddings exceeding 200 guests, is available at $150 per hour.
The number of photographers is determined based on attendance and event complexity.

All pricing is calculated precisely based on attendance.
Reservation & Payment Schedule
A $1,000 non-refundable retainer is due at booking to reserve the wedding date and is applied toward coverage.
The remaining balance for wedding coverage is due 14 days prior to the event, once final guest count is confirmed.
Digital image collections, albums, and artwork are selected and purchased after the wedding.
